True Recovery is an outstanding program for both men and women. The effort that goes into their work, clients, and staff shows with each client and staff member I have come to know. As an intake coordinator, working with Brandi Burts is delightful. Her willingness to be available when needed and her effective communication makes working with her not only pleasant, but also professional. Brandi & True Recovery consistently exceed my expectations when working with clients. I admire this program and all the work they put into each individual client!

Having read some of the reviews on here I found it my responsibility to inform would be clients on the true nature of the program (a few of these reviews have the exact same language and I doubt are from actual clients). The program has changed a lot since I’ve been there, I recently completed the program after staying for 4 months- much had changed. A couple of therapists have quit and they let go a few facilitators dur to budget cuts. These budget cuts are evident. The quality of the program has suffered greatly and it seems as if they care more about money than client recovery. They refused to fix the bikes and suspended providing us with water due to a petty dispute there are having with the water company. The houses have no air conditioning and are generally run down and dirty. Staff follows rules inconsistently and are extremely rude. The iop groups themselves lascivious substance and are disorganized and do not dive into the problems people really need to be dealing with. One client after being found with drugs in his room was allowed to stay and later offered me drugs after he was allowed to return. An example to sum true recovery up: there is a large meeting we go to that fills up an auditorium am people go up to take their chips and they shout out their treatment facility and everyone cheers. When true recovery was shouted out one time several people booed. I do not expect this program to be in business much longer I advice you to go elsewhere with your recovery

True Recovery is a phenomenal recovery center, my life was in shambles when I arrived at True recovery. The staff is very caring and went above and beyond to meet my needs and the program is astounding as well. They definitely stay on top of your treatment and gave my life the structure I needed, to make a true recovery. I did their 90 day program and while in the program the staff did an awesome job at making sure I got to all my job interviews efficiently and made sure I got any medical attention I needed. Staff is very respectful and compassionate. They take clients on weekly outings. The living facilities are very comfortable and modern. True Recovery is definitely the best in Orange County

The team at True Recovery is absolutely phenomenal and truly care about their clients and their individualized road to recovery. The support staff, counselors, case managers, admin staff and everyone is perfectly blended! The treatments, facilities and activities are spot on for a successful journey into sobriety, I strongly recommend True Recovery and am thankful that I found them.
