Guy who answered the phone at 1:07pm on Jan 7th was unhelpful. Hung up abruptly without answering my question. Doesnt strike me as an owner. Barely cuts it as an employee. Have someone more competent to pick up the phone.

Don't go here if you need a trailer for anything but local use. They recommended U-haul, so jusr try U-haul first, before coming here.

As part of my job I have to fly into different cities and load heavy equipment onto trucks. I contacted Simon Rental ahead of time and explained my needs and reserved a forklift. I can't say enough about their helpful and courteous staff as well as the equipment which was in pristine condition. Thanks for making my job go smoother.
