This review concerns the installation of an over the stove microwave today. Ryan is knowledgeable, competent and fast in getting the work done. We highly recommend him and his assistant Gene for any appliance installation work. An outstanding job!

Ordered stove back in January 2022. They said it was in stock and would be delivered in 2 weeks. Great. Then we get a call it won't be delivered until March 2022 due delay in everything due to pandemic. I understand. It's may 2022 and they keep pushing out date with no communication. We've called several times and goes straight to voice-mail. We wanted to give small local business a chance and not go to big box store. I do not recommend them

Weir's is a superb company! Beginning with my sales rep Jason along with Miles and Ellis for delivering my new range! Also a BIG PLUS to this company for extra customer service as my range had to be ordered and would not be available for 6 months so they provided a loaner!! NO other company does this...that in itself makes them #1! 10 stars for Weir's!!

Considering the supply chain issue, we received our refrigerator in an amount of time that was acceptable to us. We wanted a GE to replace the garbage of a refrigerator we had. Brand name that starts with an "S" and ends with a "g". We also wanted to shop with a local business for the better service. Jeremy the salesman was informative, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He returned calls promptly and was able to answer any questions. When he knew when the refrigerator was on its way to the store, he called to make an appt for delivery. Matt M was the sole delivery person and installer of which he did well with both. He was knowledgeable and efficient all while also being friendly! He walked us through the functions and encouraged us to call with any questions or concerns. Overall, a positive experience.
