Nice rooms. Nice entryway. Friendly afternoon clerk. They have a washer and dryer. And are biker friendly. Only complaint is about guests. So can't dock points for that.

All of the staff greeted us with a smiling face and provided exceptional customer care. We very much enjoy staying at this hotel - rooms very clean, great breakfast, and great location. We will be back in July!

Our son is finishing up his senior year at the College of Wooster, so over the past four years we stayed at this Best Western numerous times. The staff has consistently been down-to-earth, personable, and helpful if we ever had an issue. It’s nothing fancy, which is fine with us, and I suppose the decor could probably use an upgrade, but it’s quiet, clean and conveniently located in the downtown area. Our favorite restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and it’s fairly close to the college campus. Once my son graduates, we won’t be coming back, so I wanted to pass on our appreciation to the hotel staff along with our recommendation to other future CoW parents.

The GM of this hotel is arguably the greatest GM of any hotel that I've ever been to. I've never seen someone in this profession so committed to their job and customer service, to go out of their way to make sure your experience was great.
