The lights were on and two men were standing in the store. Google said they were open. It was 35 degrees outside. My 74 year old Mother went to the door to try and get a sandwich. At first they ignored her. When she persisted to knock on the door they started laughing at her. I have never witnessed such rude behavior from a Jimmy John's. I took my mother elsewhere and we will never return to this horrible establishment. Jimmy Johns should be ashamed of this franchise. I will be forwarding this to corporate. How dare you treat any woman like this, especially my Mother!

Our family always get sandwhiches at store 2582 Wooster Ohio and have always been every pleased Todays order....my 6inch turkey sandwhich contained one slice of turkey. Very unhappy with the quality of this sandwhich. A "WiSh" sandwhich

If your open till 10 you gotta make quality subs till 10. Called my order in at 925. Got there at 930. Fast because the subs were ready. But the bread was hard and didn’t seem fresh at all. Have eaten jimmy johns many times at other locations, and never was the sub so bad because of the bread. I understand I came in 30min before close, but as long as you are open till 10 you should have the same quality product till 10.

I work here and we are very clean and work well together. I enjoy the restaurant and the guests we serve as well as the sandwiches. I hope everyone can enjoy a Jimmy John's sandwich too! There is also a store on Burbank Rd in Wooster Ohio!
