My sister's and I tried this place for the first time today. Loved the healthy options and delicious food. Will definitely return and highly recommend the broth bowels. Delish!!

Ordered pickup and was ready on time and correct. Food tasted good. Little pricey for what you get.

Nice enough staff but the tomato soup tasted like straight up spaghetti sauce..Needed brown sugar to cut through the acidity. Nasty!! Will never eat that again. The cheese dippers were ok, nothing to write home about. Would have left 2.5 stars but it doesn't allow, only marked up half star for nice cashier.

Good, but kinda pricey. Friendly staff, and the soups are generally good. If you don't know, you are encouraged by the staff to taste several soups before you decide what to order. I think the bowl (cardboard bowl, not ceramic) size costs around $8.00 which includes a piece of French baguette bread. For me and my two kids to each get a bowl and a small fountain drink, the bill was about $30.00

Zoup! Eatery has implemented many additional safety features to keep our guests safe during the current Covid pandemic. We have many new safety measures in place: increased sanitizing procedures, practicing safe social distancing, wearing face masks and gloves when preparing food. Along with these measures in place, this location is also following current Kentucky state guidelines limiting dine-in seating. We also offer curbside, takeout and delivery options.

Is there a certain day of the week PHO is on the menu? If so what day and time would it be? Also what is the price and is it home made broth or bought broth?

They don't make Pho. It's a chain and they offer several different soups Six are core menu items and then six Change Daily and they're not even made in the house the soups are sent in from their corporation but they definitely don't do Pho. Go to Superior pho in Cleveland on Superior Avenue
