We went in to see if we can order a driver side mirror after 5 times of trying with after market places. We told ourselves we should've just come here in the first place. We had it ordered and installed by a great guy named Bill. We will definitely be coming back for any other parts we will need in the future. Thank you Bill #CarClubPower ✊🏾 #CarClubMopar✊🏾

I had a great first time experience at Everett Dwayne lanes. I worked with Riley , and she was super informative and worked fast. She helped me build my challenger to my liking. Wasn’t pushy or rushing me, she was patient and wanted to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I didn’t spend hours on out there like I have in other dealerships. The finance lady Leslie was so pleasant and suggested things that would save me money in the long run. I will be back for all my maintenance, and purchase another car in the future. Great people there. Thank you guys again! I love my car!

Would not recommend buying from this dealership. We found a car we loved at the top of our budget and took it for a test drive. The first salesman was polite enough, but was quickly bounced out of the situation when we came to discussing price. They use the old sales trick of asking you to initial a page scribbled with vague numbers to get some commitment to "buy this car today" if they can get the manager to get the numbers down. We simply wanted their honest price up front and then we would decide if we could afford it. But we were treated very rudely by a saleswoman who kept saying she would work super hard to get us whatever number we needed but then would not go back to the manager and ask if the price we were asking for would work. We were not that far off in price and we were right on the verge of buying the car, but this saleswoman treated us like we were stupid kids and we needed her to straighten us up to see reality and just sign the paper already. This treatment quickly made us realize we did not want to do business with a company like this and we lost our eagerness to continue negotiations. We were very close to writing a check for more than we planned for because we loved the car so much, but that sort of sales approach ruined the deal. Why do sales people feel the need to be so aggressive? Maybe some people are intimidated by it and end up buy to cave into the pressure, but in this case Dwayne Lane's lost out on a sale.

Edit: Sales Manager reached out and after a conversation he apologized for the disconnect and followed through with their referral program. I can appreciate the time he took to speak to me and correct my concern. Because it was the only thing that I didn't like and they were able to resolve I would definitely be going back for my next ride. Thank you Bought a Jeep JLU here and the experience was positive, I was so happy that I referred a couple people shortly after my purchase with referral potential if my friend bought a vehicle. They told them and filled paperwork stating that I sent them including the business card from sales men but we never received the referral bonus even though she confirmed with them during the process. I never received the referral bonus and that just rubs me the wrong way. Stand by your word, if you say your going to offer something then follow through.

I'd go to Everett safe and lock. They make those keys for a lot less than the dealer. It's closer to Evergreen Way and 52nd.
They changed phone services a couple of months ago, call the main line.
DWAYNE LANE'S IS A RIP OFF UNDERHANDED DEALERSHIP! DO NOT PATRONIZE THEM. SHAFTED ME WTH $5000 REPAIR. LIARS AND CROOKS!
