Went at mid day during the week and the place was virtually empty. The facilities are very well maintained and an employee came to clean while I was there. Quarters are now available in the change machine and the prices are pretty resonable - $3 to wash and 25 cents for every 6 minutes to dry. There's even free wifi and a place in the back with a table and some chairs and benches where I was able to get some work done while I waited. Parking was very easy - I found a place right away just out front. Would recommend.

I came do do some washing while my own was waiting for repairs. I'll be coming back anytime I have a big pile of laundry to do! Big washers with card readers for easy payment, plenty of dryers. Clean and easy to use. Bleach spray bottles to wipe down the benches and surfaces. Handwashing facility available.

It's not that i can't appreciate a laundromat with nice paint, countertops or flooring. What I appreciate more are the new high capacity front loaders, the bank of new dryers, and both do the job well. I also love the hours, 5a-12a. The change machines have akways been stocked and work well. There are no crowds here to speak of. I'm in and out in a flash. Nice! Oh, and i hope the owner can manage to have a clean working restroom at some point.
