The store offers similar items as the other big brand stores; however, the customer service lacks a greatly. I took a small jar of minced garlic priced at $1.99 to the register to pay. Unfortunately, scan bar didn't work and they can't take a customer's word for the price (understandable) plus he seemed to be new. The cashier asked the other cashier for help, she mentioned that heroine was long and suggested he call someone for help. He didn't know how to do that and she reluctantly called someone over the PA system. It took that person 10min to come and another 15min to get the price. The (new) cashier apologized while I waited. I then asked the person what took so long and she said she had to look up the item in the system. I was in complete shock. Really?! All she had to do was go to the produce section and check the signage.🙄 All in all, I will go back but the lack of customer service really needs to improve.

This store is a must considering the high cost of living in the Bay Area. Nice host/hostess gifts here for $10 & under: wine, specialty cooking oils, candles, candies & chocolates, baking goods. Store consistently stocks organic, vegan, plant based and gluten free products. Good selection of discounted healthy items you’d find in expensive grocery stores. Summer ‘22 update: Store added a new cheese case. Currently has good selection of plant based meats and cheeses. 👍🏼

Always friendly staff. Just make sure if you buy something and like it, then you better quickly go back and buy it all. Limited run on many great items
