The reason I am giving 1 star is because of the terrible customer service at the checkout and in general. I have difficulty hearing so I asked the female cashier to repeat herself after I couldn't understand her i asked her to repeat herself again, she then gave me a dirty look and then placed my receipt far from my reach, I had to reach far to retrieve the receipt. Associates always seem to be too busy for you too. Otherwise the store is clean and well kept.

Whole Foods has improved a bit since we started going there. We were apprehensive when Amazon acquired the chain, and indeed the character has changed somewhat, which I know has made some customers less happy. We are quite satisfied as the products that we are interested in have maintained their quality and the staff remains helpful and helpful knowledgeable. In comparing prices with other high-end establishments, we believe that they are competitive.

Prepared foods had a hint of spoiled fish smell. Employees seem surly and unenthusiastic, especially to those of Asian descent. Los Altos location much better.

Staff are very helpful, food bar is delicious and well maintained. Variety of things to pick from! Only downside is that they use products with palm oil (idk if it is unsustainable). If you are aware then everything is good.
