Horrible costumer service. My husband had an appointment at 12:20 pm on a Wednesday. The employee that was in the desk was extremely racist and unprofessional. This employee (Blond white female) was impolite and made him wait in the line for a longer time than any other customer (specifically white Americans) with the excuse that “he was not in the system “, but when she got to him this girl started asking questions as if he was ACTUALLY in the system. She also made horrible comments about taking in costumers that are Hispanics. Not only that but she was on her phone the whole time!! How more unprofessional can this place be? Would not recommend this place for any Hispanics or just someone that wants to be treated respectfully. This is not the first time a friend of mine (Hispanic) mentioned the racism that goes on in this place. To answer your last response: I appreciate the fast response from your business and the fact that you are taking an initiative to fix that behavior. However I believe your records are completely incorrect. My husband’s appointment was at 12:20 and he WAS THERE five minutes before his appointment. Even though he was early he still was set aside while the others costumers (who came after his appointment) where taking care of. Addressing the issue of the phone, your employee was utilizing her phone (texting) the WHOLE time she took care of my husband, not for a quick second to address any issue. Again, if that was the case then she could’ve managed it respectfully and address her issue another time while still give proper customer service. She was not even engaging in any sort of eye contact or kindness. And all the paperwork was handed to my husband with a extremely bad attitude. I hope that you get to fix all these internal issues on your business to ensure proper care of the customers. Thank you again for the response.

Denise at printscan kings park is nothing short of wonderful!!! After my previous fingerprints were rejected she did everything to make sure they came out perfect! Ask for her - she’s the best !!

Hi Omar, thank you for reaching out to us. An appointment is required for most of the services we offer. Fingerprinting is very specific and is a non-refundable service. We want to ensure that we provide you with the correct service. Were you provided any instructions by whoever asked you to be fingerprinted? If not, please reach out to the agency requesting your fingerprints for clarification.
