Celebrated a birthday dinner this evening and it was wonderful. Our server, Wendy, provided top notch service for our entire meal. I haven’t dined in at Brio in years and I’m glad that I returned.

The Flatbread I got for lunch had a lot of flavor and was cooked perfectly. My husband got the lobster bisque and pasta lunch combo which was really good too. The service was good and as quick as you would expect a place to be at lunch time.

When I first walked in, I thought that this restaurant was gorgeous. They weren't busy and what we had ordered was on our table hot and ready to eat in no time. The pizza was absolutely one of the best I've had in awhile. If you like a great tasting Sangria, definitely order one because you can't go wrong. We sat out on the back patio and it was just beautiful.

Recently attended Brio for a friend's birthday. Prior time I've been to the Brio at Easton was prom like 10 years ago, so I've been saving up for awhile to return & afford the place! Jokes aside, even though the prices are on the higher end, you have to consider this is a large premier Tuscan-esque restaurant located in the middle of Easton. Of course it's going to cost more! You're not only paying for the food, but the atmosphere and location. It's still pricey but not as much as some other Italian restaurants. Our friends ordered to share the Truffle Garlic Toast with Ricotta ($14.99) starter, which actually tasted delicious and came with a good amount of bread (not all bread is pictured in my pic). It came with Grana Padano Zanetti (fancy way of saying cheese spread) on the side, and it tasted great! Really glad I got to try this! My girlfriend got the Pesto Primavera ($16.99) which I got to try and was a bit jealous of! Should've gotten that instead! I ordered the Grilled Chicken Marsala ($22.99) which wasn't bad. It was the cheapest option under the "Land & Sea" section of the menu, yet I still felt like I overpaid for a very simple dish of mashed potatoes, asparagus, and a grilled chicken... The taste just didn't match the cost. Overall, I would describe Brio on Easton as a nice atmosphere to bring a date or to come here to celebrate a special occasion. It'll take me another 10 years to return probably unless a special occasion calls for it.

Second Jim's comment! I completely forget the GM's name, but she will take care if you luke no other.
Yes, they will accommodate as mush as they are able but keep in mind that some m Grilled items (meats) and sides are not always prepared and therefor not available for lunch.
$15 - $25 per person for food plus whatever you drink. There are special dinner deals that include starter, entree and dessert though. That may be what Jean Luc did to keep it at $40.
