Easton Piada STOLE my money -- last week I placed an online order for pick up at 7pm to pick up at 9pm and paid for it. When we arrived to pick up our food, the employees were EXTREMELY rude and yelled "DoorDash we don't have anything for you". Explained we were not DoorDash and were picking up an order, and they just said "Too bad, we're closed." Explained we ALREADY PAID FOR IT and they said "Well you need to talk to the Chef (manager)." The Chef just yelled from way in the back "Well tell HIM to come back HERE." Anyways, we said we already paid and he said "the money will be in your account." SIX DAYS LATER AND MULTIPLE CALLS WITH NO ANSWER (they don't even have vm at Easton) THEY STILL HAVEN'T REFUNDED ME. Called (voicemail every time) and emailed HQ multiple times. I am reporting to my CC company. Thanks for nothing -- worst customer service and thieves. UPDATE 7/26/22: NO ONE AT CORPORATE RESPONDED TO VOICEMAILS OR EMAILS AND I HAD TO DISPUTE WITH MY CC COMPANY.

Pretty poor experience dining in at this location. The food , custom bowl and salad, was good. The restaurant seemed to be a bit messy, lots of spots and spills on the floor. The bathroom was clean. The poor part was the customer service. I interacted with 3 different workers and everyone of them was cold, rude, and seemingly annoyed with their customers. I like Piada's food a lot, but the interactions was off-putting enough that we won't be returning to this location

The restaurant is designed beautifully! The name is a bit misleading sine rather than Italian street food it is more of an Italian Chipotle! We had Cesar Salad and Alfredo Pesto Pasta! The salad was okay but didn't taste like authentic Cesar Salad. I was expecting some more Italian street options on the menu such as Focaccia and Calzone.
