The Restrooms were Very Dirty -Pee all over the front on front of toilet, toilet Seat had black stuff on it not stain. It had stains but this like charcoal. It did have handicap parking to Restrooms 10 minute parking in the Restrooms area. Has a large cover area with picnic tables. Also garbage cans to put garbage in. Picnic tablets through out - also lots of parking in some areas almost park near water. Has a play ground for children too.

This place was beautiful and had many killer rocks to boot. Looked like this was a popular fishing spot too, seeing some one catch a fish today. I found a sun agate and a clear agate and my son found some minerals! Overall a great place to have a birthday party for a large crowd with the seperate picnic tables and large areas to park. Could use some actual bathrooms, but at least there was a porta potty. Had a lot of fun and will definitely be going back! Beautiful place to swim as well as the water is clear enough to see the bottem and is perfect depth too!

Ugly, hateful people maintain this property. Even though it could be a peaceful place, they are hostile and aggressive - verbally abusive. Based on other reviews, it’s been going on for years and there is obviously no accountability. Not worth it. Won’t go back.

Google mapped this place because of the beaches i could see on satellite... Was NOT disappointed.. it's off the beaten path so you drive through wetlands across a dike , look for osprey, herons, bald eagles and geese on your way in... Amazing.. not crowded when i got there... I PAID MY $5 without bitching about it, who ARE YOU PEOPLE complaining about it!?!?!? it's $5... Sauvies is $10!!! SHEESH.. Oh yeah, fold the freaking envelope so it fits the slot.... Not that difficult!!! DRIVE 10 mph.... Not difficult at all... gravel road-lived on one for over 40 years, keeps the dust down and the rocks on the road where they belong. The camp hosts are very attentive... George came by in his ATV to check the pass... Say hello, have a conversation, he's actually very nice. He gave me pointers on this new awning i built for my Jeep.. Super nice. Yes they, him and his wife, came around every couple of hours, just wave, say thanks... He's just making sure people follow park rules... That's why the park is so nice, perhaps!?!?!? About those BBQ pits... They are more like fire pit pits and almost every single complaint about bbqs was during FIRE SEASON...WTH people... Open flames, dry grass... If you live in the Pacific NW you understand what that means.. It only takes a spark and this is on the Columbia... So it is windy most of the time.. I've been going every week on my days off.I wave at them when i drive by, they come say hello about 30 minutes later... If you don't like the rules, don't go... Please. It's quiet, a family beach NOT a party beach.. Go to SAUVIES ISLAND if that's what you are looking for. I don't mind having most of it to myself, anyways.

Yes!
No camping. Park closes at Sunset
It is safe to swim. You need to wear a life jacket because there are dropoffs
There are clean restrooms, garbage cans and the grounds are well maintained...even in the land of the free, these things cost SOMEBODY.
