Fantastic - SIX stars. Came to my house and did a difficult repair on my LG washer - even returned to Rainier to get additional parts at no extra charge. 'THE' greatest. If you're ANYWHERE near them in Washington or Oregon, use them. Honest to a fault, incredibly fair pricing, awesome service.

We have supported this business and are at this point very displeased bought multiple machines from them. Understanding they’re used but we have treated the machine well had the repair guy out paid the fee and no repairs were done with the statement that well I think its dying and can give you a deal on another one and deliver it for free. Then when trying to talk to the repair guy he stated we don’t know how you guys treat the machine. Very displeased and don’t recommend buying from them either get new or go to another appliance store.

After visiting Home Depot for a new washer and dryer and being extremely disapointed in the rude and unknowledgeable service received, I wisened up and went to our local Rainier Appliance where we purchased a super nice used set for a fraction of the cost. The people that run this store are so nice to deal with and answer all questions and concerns. They delivered and set up and took the old set away in a flash. I would highly recommend.

The lady in the store is nice, but I've called 3 different occasions to have a technician come look at my refrigerator and every time I'm told that the technician will call me when they get back and I have yet to get a call. So my advice would be to either do the repair yourself, bring the appliance to the store or call elsewhere. Handling business over the phone is a waste of time.
