I decided to try this site again since it is under new management. Big Mistake. This store has a long history of not getting orders correct and nothing has changed. Employee taking my drive through order could not get it straight, even after repeating it twice. At the start of my order I asked the employee if they took coupons because sometimes this store does not. I was not told, until I proceeded to the pay window, that they only took two coupons per transaction. Subs to be toasted were not, but the one that was not to be toasted got toasted. The Italian BLT had 3 pieces of bacon and some lettuce and nothing else. I tried calling the store and no one answered and it rolled into a voice mail, then disconnected. On their website the menu would not come up for this store so I could confirm what was supposed to be in the Italian BLT. I will not shop this store again and would give it a zero if I could. They should have left it closed.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They don't know how to make the most basic of subs. They throw your food around and half of it lands on the floor. They employees are rude and act like don't even care. Will never go back to this store again. I love subway and will drive out of my way to go somewhere else.

If you go inside it's usually not a problem because you can see what they're doing. The drive-thru on the other hand is the flipside. 6" meatball on wheat with mozzarella, not toasted. Easy enough right? Apparently this most basic of subs is too much for them to handle. Two times in a row I received something that was nowhere near what I'd ordered. Save yourself and go inside, staff is friendly, just not too competent.
