Don’t bother making an appointment. I had an appt for 2:40, showed at 2:30 and no one was there. Sign said they’d return at 3:05, even though the sign just next to it said they went to lunch from 1:30-2:30. She did show at 3:05, then went in the room and shut the door behind her. I waited another 10 mins then knocked and she said she took a late lunch. No apology, nothing. Then why schedule appointments at all?! And she was an absolute smug B$&@% about it all and wouldn’t even acknowledge that at this point I had been waiting nearly an hour. And she She STILL wasn’t ready to see me. I walked out. Clearly her time is more important than any patients and them honoring appointments is unimportant. NOTED.

Took me 2 hours to see someone, and it wouldnt allow me to make an appointment online. When I finally did see someone she just told me I have a sinus infection, never tested me for the flu! Come to find out my household does have the flu! The nurses there have no clue what they are doing!

Checked in online and it said it was holding my place but I still waited over an hour to get seen. Waste of my time. Scheduled appointment for 5:53 and got seen at 7. All for a wellness screening.

Clinic closes at 5:30. Walk-ins can register up to 20-minutes before close. I came in at 5:09, was told by the registration kiosk that it was too close to closing to register. So I waited for the doctor, to ask if I could be seen. At 5:18 the doctor came out, spent 5 minutes talking to someone, and as I tried to talk to her she closed the door in my face. If this is any indication of the care you’ll get, you’d best go somewhere else.
