I’ve never had a problem with this shop but tonight when we pulled up to the drive-through before closing they had the closed signs up in the drive-through. It’s very annoying when I went before closing and I had to tell my pregnant wife I couldn’t get her ice cream

Got in line before they closed, waited a half hour just for them to serve the customer in front of us then told us that they were now closed. Overall disappointed in customer service

We pulled in a couple minutes after they closed and they were so kind! We love Whit’s! Just one of those nights you need some ice cream! 🥰 We love our Sunbury Whit’s! The young blonde with glasses is so sweet!! ❤️

It’s unfortunate this place has gone down hill so far since the new owner has taken over. Out of the flavor of the week yet again. Seams like a normal re-occurring Sunday here anymore. You write the flavor of the week on the white board, not like it is permanent. Maybe it would be helpful to erase it or cross it out if you are out. Portions get smaller and smaller every month. Whitsers have turned into a cup of custard with virtually no toppings mixed in. This place was really good, too bad the owner is trying to pinch pennies and ruin a good product.
