They don't pick up the phone here. After 4 trys asked for manager. Placed order was told 25 minutes for pickup. Food was not ready till just after 1 hour. Checked bag was missing a side dish and butter. Got to hotel to eat and then realized they didn't include any plastic utensils. Also the bread was burnt and it was the end pieces. Portions were very small and the broccoli cheddar chicken was very dry. Overcooked. Disappointed on many fronts. I order cracker barrel from many different locations as I travel. Its usually really good . This was the worst I've had and I do not recommend them.

The Southern Fried Chicken dinner with corn muffins and two sides was just too awesome. Plenty of crispy breading with delicious seasonings made it one of the best chicken dinners I've had for quite a while. The carrots and turnip greens for the sides were perfect. Had to get a box to bring home my leftovers so I will have them tomorrow. So glad I stopped at the I-71 & US 36 & 37 Cracker Barrel in Ohio. Great location and very busy. The Bob Evans down the street only had 6 cars in the lot. I believe that in itself says quite a lot.

I'm not a regular at the Cracker Barrel and it's been years since I've been there. But it was really good. I had the Friday fish special. It was cod that was lightly battered then dusted with corn meal dredge. It was seasoned well and was cooked perfectly. It was tender, flaky, crunchy and moist. I would get it every time. I tried the hash brown tots and they were really good. They had a crispy exterior and tender and cheesey interior. I also liked the corn bread muffins and the green beans. Service was fine the prices were decent.
