Fun atmosphere and a very pretty interior. I started off with a 0.25 cent sample of a nice shandy (on tap) which is a great option for sampling. They also offered a flight. I moved on to the smoked old fashioned with Maker's. Not quite as smoky as some others I've seen, but a nice smell. We moved on to the frog legs - the breading was on point, the sauce that comes with them is the perfect compliment. My kiddo got the chicken tenders and fries and rates the tenders a 6/10, the fries were good - hand cut, skin on variety. I got the District salad. The lettuce was crisp and fresh. The goat cheese delicious, the walnuts and berries so good. The champagne dressing really set it off. My husbands burger was a little too pink and mushy in the middle -not medium well which we confirmed was ordered (looking at the bill). We were also charged $1 for a side of mayonnaise, which I found incredibly odd- I guess I didn't see that listed as an up charge on the menu- but this isn't a typical up charge. As a side note, my husband doesn't like to send food back- had we been at home he would have our the burger back in the grill for another couple of minutes. His meal came with homemade chips with ranch seasoning, they were the typical homemade chips with a smackering of ranch seasoning- he isn't a ranch fan, but There wasn't a lot on them. I would recommend putting the sweet whisky sauce on the side of the burger as the bun was soggy in places. They do indicate everything is scratch made and it is a family run place. The person at the bar was also waiting tables so that made things a smidge slower than some other places, but we weren't in a hurry. The air conditioning was full blast but the old fashioned helped with that. They were offering $5 off for a google maps or Facebook review.

The food was amazing! We each had something different and all of it was top notch. I had the Distrcit 13 salad and if grilled chicken perfection exists, this is it. Our server was friendly and the food was served in a reasonable amount of time. I am a little picky when it comes to iced tea and theirs is perfect...not too strong or too weak. The town is delightful. It is worth the drive.

Friendly and helpful service, filled with personal recommendations and accommodations for my diet. The food was excellent. Delicious champagne vinaigrette salad dressing. I had the Caprese chicken sandwich with a lettuce wrap and my mom had the chicken BLT ranch wrap. We both loved our food and thought the chicken was juicy and the lettuce was so fresh and crisp.

We found a hot spot! We shared the chicken potstickers. He had the fish sandwich w/ jalapeno slaw and fries. I had the Ohio salad with grilled chicken. Service 10/10. The menu is a refreshing change to pub foods. Their bar menu is spansive. We will be back.
