Couldn't give less than 1 star but I just got fuel here and was going to get a sandwich from subway but the subway was closed.....come to find out as I was leaving 2 workers were in the trash compactor area hooking up.....it was obvious that they were hooking up because the guy was adjusting his shirt and his pants and the girl was doing the same thing to her clothes....not to mention that I watched them get out of the golf cart and go to a more secluded out of sight area for approximately a minute and a half.....she might have just given him pleasure but I do know that they were both employees because the girl had on a blue pilot shirt and the guy had on an orange shirt with a pilot logo....someone might want to regulate their employees

I was traveling from Tennessee home to Ohio to visit my mother and stopped at Pilot on my way though. Excellent service from a gentleman named Brian. I loved my experience I had at your store and 11/10 you would recommend.

Truck driver review. Came in this morning for a shower. Could NOT get into the shower as the door code didn't seem to work. An employee, very nice dude, had to come over and said you have to jiggle the door. :/. I get in there and the shower is tiny compared to most I have been in. Finally, there was no soap in the dispenser in the actual shower. I had to reach out to the sink area and use that.
