They are the worst people there is! The victim services is no help. And they are extremely lazy. They still have a case from August that they are saying is still in review. I am sick of being split from my family. They don't care about people at all! They only care about the money

They are so lousy and rude. The woman at the ticket counter said that I have not been charged and gave me a print out and double checked my address and said I would receive a letter in the mail with my new court day. 3 weeks later and no letter so I call the DAs office and find out there is a warrant out for me because i missed court that day...... Morons that can’t even do their jobs and take our tax money

Started dealing with this place. Apparently Oregon can take money from you without a court order and seems to have a system to take advantage of veterans. The lady I dealt with had no respect for me and was unwilling to assist at all or clarify anything.

If you would like to make a statement, I would go. Your presence may be impactful for your case, but if you do not wish to attend, you do not have to. To keep yourself updated on the case you may call your victim advocate/case manager and they will give you a rundown. You can also call in to the court room instead of being physically present, and you can get the number from your advocate.
