Wow. Never been before. Won’t ever go now. Just called the store in Medford Oregon. Very first time I have ever called even, and this was the experience I had. Asked to speak to someone in poultry supplies please…excuse me?; Poultry- you know chicken?; this isn’t a feed store; ok, you guys don’t sell chicken water supplies and things like that like your website says?; got a reply with a very rude tone,”NOPE!” Oh ok, well that’s false advertising isn’t it? “Not my problem. Click. SHE HUNG UP ON ME!

Dazed/Hubbard used to be my favorite hardware store until the lately. There’s 2 cashiers that can be very rude and both have purposely charged me more that what I should have been charged. One lady most recently was so rude when I had a small return plus I was purchasing some bolts. I asked her if she would apply the return towards the purchase and she practically blew up saying they don’t do that! Even though on numerous occasions other cashiers applied the return credit towards the purchase, not a big deal. We’ll this gal purposely credited me for 1/2 of the return and then charged me more than double for the purchase! I started to walk out the door and thought about what just happened. I returned back to the counter and asked for it to be corrected. She said it looked just fine. She also said I’ll have to get a manager to deal with it. Manager shows up and she said she doesn’t know what happened. He looks at the receipt, my purchase and return plus the change she gave back. He seemed perplexed at what she did and it took him 10 minutes to fix what she had done. She should have been fired!! On several occasions I purchased various hardware, paint etc and saw the price on shelves were lower than I was being charged. I caught this on 3 occasions and now wonder how long that’s been going on! Hubbard was my favorite hardware store then Dazeys took over. I have a lot of doubt about their integrity. I stopped shopping there but miss the convenience of shopping there. I just don’t trust them!

We do! We have about 4 different options here in the store of the Blackstone Griddles. If there is a specific one you are looking for and we don't have in stock we can order it and get within a few days if avail.
They have chainsaws for sale there so I assume they have at least a limited selection of parts but if not you can make your way crater chainsaw on riverside.
We require that all staff and customers wear masks when within the store. We provide masks at every entrance along with hand sanitizing stations to ensure customers who have forgotten their masks have one available so that they can shop.

Hi Ron, sorry to hear about the problems with your Husqvarna unit. Both Husqvarna and Honda have VERY good warranty coverage, but without knowing the specifics in your case I can't comment as to why your unit is not being covered, but there must be a reason that you haven't disclosed in your comment. We do Husqvarna warranty work all the time so they do cover quite a bit. If you would like to discuss the specifics with our Mower manager Mark, we'd be happy to address the case and figure out why it's not being covered and what you're options are. Thanks!
Hi Donna! We do not rent pressure washers or any other items. We do sell them however, they do come in handy year-round for spraying down the house and driveway a few times a year. Feel free to come on down and see what we've got. Good luck, thanks for checking with us!
We don't generally stock used equipment, but occasionally we'll do a trade and have a used item on hand briefly, but it's not common. We get factory reconditioned chainsaws and blowers somewhat regularly, but not any rototillers. We'll be happy to show you some excellent quality new ones however if you want to stop by sometime :).
