I've bought a lot of computers over the years and was very happy with the way these people were so thoughtful about putting together a refurbished computer with my elderly father in mind. They made the upgrade from Windows 7 to 10 really simple to use, and put shortcuts on the desktop for apps my Dad needed. I had expected to have to spend hours cleaning up all the extraneous stuff that I'm used to getting on new computers, trying to figure out how this different operating system worked, let alone explaining it all to my dad. But I didn't have to do any of that, because they set up the computer so that I didn't have to. And it was very reasonably priced.

A family member recommended UpperCASE Computer Solutions. My desktop was unable to boot, I gave them a call and after explaining my situation I brought in the system. I mentioned another problem I was having with the Switch (Power Button) and asked if they could look into it. A few hours later I was able to pick it up.
