I don’t understand why they haven’t done in person classes yet. Covid is not going anywhere and I can’t do the online classes and I highly doubt they help anyone.

I wanted to update my review that I posted a month ago, after a formal investigation of my prior complaint was examined necessary steps were taken to correct the situation at hand with upmost professional and caring staff, it made me proud to be part of the ARC again. We would like to personally thank Sabrina and Kim for stepping up and personally involving themselves until this issue was resolved. This program is so important to society as a whole. The integrity of these women shows that they are dedicated to their work and reputation. They care, understand and we need more women like them. Thank you ladies!

The experience I personally had here was wonderful at least it was at the time I went 3 1/2 years ago. That is why I referred a friend there over On-Track I thought you guys were the best, but the greeting my friend got when they got there was mean, rude, unprofessional & angry and was told told there bed was given away. Now I do understand that things have to be done appropriately and rules have to be abide by but you think an explanation would be in place for giving their bed away in a decent, calm manner and maybe even kind or maybe a courtesy call saying what your rules are in the first place so they could be followed accordingly. Not be greeted at the door with hostility. There will be a formal complaint file.

You follow the right guidelines. Learn how the system works and take responsibility for yourself things will work out. Excellent service. I brought a friend (veteran) to this facility and they were extremely accommodating and helpful through the process of admissions. They sincerely care for people struggling and are thankful you've come in.
