I drove by today and this restaurant appears to be out of business and there is a fence around the property. Is this permanent?

They were working perfectly till last month. But today was the last day of their business (3-7-21) The restaurant has been sold to Mexicans. I'm super happy that I get to eat here although it was for the last time. Good luck to Mr. Ali, wish them happened, health and wealth wherever they are
