This McDonald's is a struggle bus that gets worse during rush hour. They constantly get orders wrong and the wait is atrocious. The touchscreen ordering doesn't give out a copy of your receipt so you have to remember your order number. Avoid this location unless you have to come here.

This was the absolute worst experience. We went thru the drive thru because we are on a road trip and needing something quick. WRONG. After ordering our food we get to the 1st window and the cashier advises us of our total which seems cheap considering we ordered one happy meal and 2 Big Mac meals. So we confirm with the cashier are you sure this is correct he says he is positive. We get to the 2nd window where we are handed our food. We knew immediately the order was incorrect so we ask where our other meal was. The very very rude employee advised us having to wait for them to make it would hold up the line we would need to go back around. To me they were all very rude and very very combative and unhelpful. To top it off we ordered my daughter a kids meal a 6 piece at that and only received 3 nuggets in a 4 piece box and our fries were so cold so I’m assuming their warmer doesn’t work like their ice cream machine. So much for 21$ an hour. Very very disappointed and would be embarrassed to say I work there if I were them. They have the worst customer service.
