Went through the drive thru and they forgot to put a sandwich in my bag. Didn't notice it wasn't there until I arrived home. I called the location, drove back, and retrieved the sandwich through the drive thru. I asked if there was anything they could do to help justify the additional trip back to the location. I was told "We understand people make mistakes, you wanted your gyro, you got your gyro." and was dismissed. The name the employee vocally provided was different than the name he wrote down and handed to me.

Not sure Arby's is going to do well with new products (sweet potato waffle fries) as long as this location is representative of them. To burn deep fried foods, one must literally ignore the incessant beeping from the timer. But fear not, because the staff here have mastered the skill! Update***** Reduced to one star. Arby's, you do not need to collect personal information to "make it right." We have receipts with an order ID. Perhaps your lack of customer service and lack of caring, has you losing a greater market share each year? Soon, Arby's will be nothing more than a memory.
