Every time I go here I get the worst service and poor food quality. Was ignored in the mobile order line tonight for 5 minutes. I changed lines and they asked me to go to the mobile order line again. Once there was ignored for another 10 minutes. When we finally got our food it had been sitting for 15 minutes and was cold. When I asked if it's still hot they said it's fine and pushed it out the window at me. It was not fine. It wasn't even mediocre.

Incredibly slow service. When it finally was my turn to place my order (15-20 minutes just to try to place my order), they had zero food ready. Said it would be at least another 20 until they could even take orders. For “fast food”, this is pathetic.

Normally have an amazing burger from Rally's but for some reason seem like there was too much Ranch on my loaded fry as well but all in all got my belly full and the strawberry milkshakes are way too expensive for a large but a great place to get food if you want to spend $15 a personal fast food but I am bougie

Spent $13.33 for a combo and small fry. All we were able to eat was the fried. One bite of the sandwich and I almost got sick. Seems like she put a half jar of mayo on it.

Exactly. THIS LOCATION DOESN'T CARE TO DO THEIR JOB AND THEY LOVE TO MESS WITH PEOPLE. NO MATTER WHAT YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR FOOD THE WAY YOU WANT IT. ITS A HUGE WASTE OF MONEY AND THE DISTRICT MANAGER NEEDS TO START FIRING PEOPLE AND REPLACING THEM WITH PEOPLE WHO ARENT RUDE AND WANT TO ALSO CONTAMINATE YOUR FOOD. I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE TILL THEY FIX THAT LOCATION. ITS A REAL JOKE TO ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO CONTINUALLY PISS OFF CUSTOMERS BY DOING A HORRIBLE JOB. WE NEED TO ALL SEND CORPORATE OUR COMPLAINTS TILL THESE PEST WORKERS ARE FIRED AND GONE.
Hi. I'm sorry you had a negative review about Rally's in Columbus, Ohio. I would recommend that you return the sandwich and request another or to receive some type of refund or credit twards another visit.
As far as I could tell I saw them wiping tables down after customers got done eating.
I WAS OUT THERE FOR A FREGGIN HOUR, and I was just trying to buy a homeless couple dinner, it wasn't even that much food, but after I was told to pull up the employee came out and left the store empty and got into an altercation with the other employees and the manager while I was still sitting and waiting for my food and the drive thru was packed!!! (This was at like 1 or 2 am)
