Cold hard chicken from the chicken blts. My fries were cold, hard, and not fresh obviously. Not been good experience when this fella in green is working. His name might be sabe but Im not sure. It wasn't the other manager that is always pleasant and gets the foods just right.

Lillian is like the glue that holds the place together. She ensures the kitchen stays focused and food is prompt and accurate. She is also fantastic with customers. If she's not a manager, she should be. When she's not working, there's a noticeable difference in customer service and accuracy of orders, unfortunately.

Horrible!!! First off, I love Wendy’s and would love to enjoy it at work everyday but that just doesn’t happen. Horrible customer service, wrong with most orders and food is almost always cold! The worst customer service seems to come from management. I would love to eat here 5 days a week while at work but it just isn’t worth it!
