Front desk staff were nice at check in and the rooms were clean. The hotel is extremely outdated and desperate need of a remodel. The pool is needs fresh paint job. The reason why im giving it two stars is because obviously the rooms but because of housekeeping on our last day. We were in the process of moving our stuff to the car and told the housekeeper outside of our door that we will be right back to get the last load in 5 mins. The housekeeper ignores us and started tossing our belongings in the trash when we made it up to the room. I called the front desk to complain and they didnt seem to care. Very unprofessional ! I should have stayed at the nicer holiday inn on broad st!

Very accommodating staff. Reliable shuttle service to and from airport. They go out of their way to be helpful. We like the park and fly option.

Positive: Breakfast was more extensive than I expected - typical continental style plus sausage and scrambled eggs. Bed was comfortable and clean. Negative: The airport shuttle, which was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel, does not run 24/7. My room shower was not clean. Had residue from a previous guest that needed to be scrubbed off. I wore shower shoes.

Have stayed here several times for the purpose of taking the shuttle to the airport for our 7:00 am flight. Quite surprised when we asked to schedule our time to learn they don’t have it on weekends. Orange Taxi gave better pricing than Uber or Lyft, but it was $18 to travel the three miles. Just wanted others to know. Would have also liked a grab and go for breakfast.
