If I could give this place a -1 I would. Please if you are smart, do not rent from these people. I am not a current tenant. I was trying to apply for a two bedroom and a one bath, which "Jessica" told me was $1100, but the website said $950. I knew it was weird when she told me, "I don't even make commission" like girl that's none of my business. These people are fake. So, when I asked Jessica did credit matter she said, "not as much". So, I told Jessica I had some things but I really didn't know everything or even if something was still on there. They never called me. I called, and Jessica said, "why didn't you tell me you had x, y, and z?" and I'm thinking to myself, "I resolved that?". Then, I called my mom, then called Jessica back. She was very rude, she kept cutting me off, and she basically talked to me in a manner like I was a child. It literally took everything in me not to fuss her out, because lady I don't have to explain anything to you. And oh, let's not forget Cindy, she is mad weird and I knew from a mile away that woman was fake as they come. I paid $200 for nothing, and get this, I asked for Cindy to contact me, she never did. They never even contacted me to alarm me that I was declined. Ridiculous and after reading the reviews, which I should've done in the first place I knew I shouldn't have entertained this place.

I have lived here for 3 yrs. Now they are making me move for renovations. They have put a lot of people in a bind for the almighty Dollar. They renovate and charge $200 to $300 more a month. I'm a Senior Citizen on a limited budget.

I moved into the apartment and tons of basic appliances and bathroom functions were not working. They have entered my apartment without my permission there for violating our lease on several occasions and their repair service is a joke. They cannot even fix a pipe.
