My son has lived here for several years and I was staying with him and had a great time. A friend of mine is moving to the Gahanna area and we looked at a model. This place is close to shopping schools it's a great location and the apartment is large.

Office staff recently changed last year, and haven't had any issues since. Maintenance has definitely improved as well. I really like the location, as its close to the schools for my kids, and they have 2 pools which is nice if one is busier than the other. Unfortunately due to COVID the pools aren't open right now, but understandable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good price point and convenience.

If I could give zero stars I would. We came to see this place and had the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Came in, no one even looked up from their desk, had to announce myself and then a young African American lady handed us a card to fill out and hardly said anything to us. She then proceeded to say we had to drive over to see the place and she simply took off in her car! We got cut off by a car and she just kept going...gave not a single crap about us and we lost her multiple times. Viewed the place and she just stood there, leaning on the wall like she couldn't have cared less about us. The carpet upstairs was all bundled up, the floors were SO creaky, and there were tons of dead bugs all over the basement. The model was awful and so was this place's attitude. They don't accept financial aid as income, so sorry students, no chance for you. Because job income is so much more reliable apparently. I don't even care about that, they were just so rude I couldn't believe it. Avoid this dump and if Hunter's Ridge is reading this...that lady deserves to be fired.
