I called today, my bike got a puncture. Took the bike over and the guys fixed me up with the repair in no time. The store even had the 14 inch tiny wheel tube. I looked at the amazing display, variety, of unbelievably good biked and accessories. A first class store with first class service. Fantastic.

I paid a gold tune up service and bottom bracket replace. First thought was about the expensive service but I made because the store is near to me. I picked up my bike and some weeks later I used it first time after the service. Surprise!!! My rear brakes didn’t work. I called them, hoping they give me a guarantee service. But no!! It never will happen! They just said: we didn’t touch your brakes, that could be a brake fluid leak (false) or you need to replace the brakes pads!! why before I took my bike to the shop, the brakes worked and then without them touching them they stopped working? Anyway, I do not recommend this store, they are irresponsible and unprofessional. the worst service ever!!
