I cannot rave enough at the work Silesia did on my acoustic guitar. I was having a buzzing issue so I decided to bring it to them. They thoroughly inspected it on the spot, diagnosed some issues, recommended some upgrades, and went to work on it. When I got it back, the buzzing sound was not only fixed, it sounded and felt a million times better than ever before. It's like a better guitar! I was amazed! Another compliment I need to give is that they have been awesome at the quarantine restrictions, meeting us at the door of the shop instead of risking covid. Honestly, the only small complaint I had is that it took longer than they estimated and I had to call to get an update. But with the pandemic, it's odd times and we're all effected in one way or the other. I will definitely use their services again. Thanks, Silesia!
