New ownership and management from CubeSmart. Not a smooth transition. ~The office staff are not as friendly nor as helpful. My price and location of storage unit are the same. They talked poorly about how previous management and owners and the condition of facility in general. 1000% incorrect. The first week new management was in effect, lots of gross stuff in hallways and elevators. Somehow the carts are in worse condition. ~their office management hours changed, which is fine, but the sign for the change is in the lobby, not anywhere near the front where people who are renting or online scheduled can read it. They told me they do it that way specifically... Wow, that's clever. ~Needless to say, I'm looking for different storage with more friendly and helpful staff. Even if the price is the same/slightly more.

Climate-controlled storage units are temperature controlled. Climate control means that we use reasonable efforts to maintain a temperature in the building where the Cube is located of between 55- and 80-degrees Fahrenheit. This type of environment is ideal for storing furniture, metal, fabric, and other items
Most of our facilities have an electronic gate system that can only be opened by a code that is assigned to each individual tenant.
To keep you and your information secure we have set up multiple ways you can pay including using our mobile app, our online customer center, stopping by the office, or mailing a check directly to your local facility. Additionally, we offer the convenience of AutoPay, which will automatically charge your Mastercard, Discover, Visa, or American Express each month without additional fees.
