Went to get a few car sit-covers for a gift..... .. Choices R👌👌..... Customer service A++ .... Also noticed that they were trying to keep the outside to match the inside "keeping it clean"👏👏👏 Unfortunate that, they have to pick up the garbage left by "street people"who don't know where garbage goes, "A New in Seattle condition" Just throwing stuff on the ground🤮🤮🤮🤮.... Mask is optional in this establishment...wore mine🤭....safe parking area, located in the same parking lot with Fred Meyer.. Wish there was a sign stating "Respect our employees or no service" some of us need to check ourselves🤭 just saying!

I went to AutoZpone in Shoreline almost begging them to install a new battery in my car purchased at Costco. I didn't know that they only install batteries they sale. Zack, the sales person, out of compassion, installed the new battery for me. He went above and beyond to help a woman like me with zero knowledge on everything cars. Kuddos to this young man for showing compassion. He will never know how grateful I'm.

Good customer service here. Way better then O'Reilly's. For a young guy, Zach seems to be very knowledgeable about the store and the products they sell.

I want to especially thank Zack at the Shoreline AutoZone store. I'm in the marketing and real estate industry and pay particular attention to how customer service folks are with their customers/clients. Zack exemplifies the very best because he truly cares about those with whom he interacts. He not only treated me wonderfully but I witnessed how he was with the others in the store. He not only is a very pleasant, fun person with whom to speak, but he actually came out to my car and offered, and put in the headlight for me! My whole family will always come back to your store because of Zack and Caleb and just the general customer care your employees exhibit. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!!
