This place has good units but the service is horrible. The people that work there look like they were forced to do it and they act like it too. I've had a unit there for two years and I currently have it. Phone calls are usually unpleasant and they act like they own the Earth and you are a burden to them. when you go in and tell them about your experience they say, oh that was probably (insert name). So question, if you know who the a****** is then why do you let them be the person at the front desk and the face of your company? I also meant to mention that most of the time when I drive up that stupid will be back sign is up with the time that they are supposed to there. Think they're back on time?

Worked with Max on finding a unit and getting set up. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a drive-up unit and he rented me a large unit at a very reasonable price. Would recommend.

This is a great location for a storage facility. Very convenient. I spoke with Jim and he was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with a smile on his face. On the surface all self storage facilities might seem the same. Maybe price differentiates some properties, but Storage Court in Shoreline is different. I am glad I met the staff. Stellar people.
