We moved in a week ago and I’m a little in love with this place. The office staff is amazing- especially Sean. We are a military family and he went above and beyond to help us with a complicated move. He even sent us the floor plans so we could organize and pack our furniture accordingly. Upon arrival, everything was well organized - keys, garage door openers, and paperwork were all pre-packaged in envelopes which made our move in super easy. Maintenance came immediately to fix minor issues (e.g. a broken outlet cover). Dave the maintenance supervisor is professional, prompt and very kind. We’ve never had to wait more than 24-hours for a fix. The apartments and garages are clean and well-kept and so far all the neighbors we have met have been super nice. We have also never heard the neighbors through the shared walls, which is huge given that we have two small kids. I would recommend this place 100%!!!!

We love living here! The new management (coastal ridge) has been solid and quickly responsive. The pool is great and there are other amenities most apartments don't have. Update 2021: Before extending our lease last year, we looked for other apartments in the area. None compare to the Gramercy! The quality of the apartments, facilities and friendly staff is such a deal for the price. Check it out if you're considering moving to New Albs. Update: it's 2022 and we still love living here! We have a dog now and she also loves living at the Gramercy!

I love living here at The Gramercy! It is a great place to be and it fits my family and I perfectly! Chelsea goes above and beyond and the maintenance team is great! I love the location and being close to everything makes living here worth it!

The office has any reviews with truth to them removed and the staff is worthless here. They only email out "see something, say something" about picking up dog waste. They tell you to take pictures of people doing it. Haha! They email you to help with shoveling snow when they get $$$$ for rent. The maintenance however is always nice and have taken care of anything same day that I have put work orders in for within my apt.
