Lloyd quickly fixed my garbage disposal and was so kind and friendly. Thank you also to Tom for addressing my other issues so quickly. I now have a peep hole for my front door and a working tension rod for my shower curtain. My requests were addressed mich faster than I expected. Thank you!

I would like to thank Amy for going out of her way to help us in regards to our AC breakdown. The window unit was a saving grace with temps in the mid 80’s. Mark from Maintenance was very courteous and quickly discovered the issue at hand and then fixed the problem. Prompt service given the holiday weekend.

There was an issue relating to the lock on my front door. Someone responded within a few hours, and resolved the issue immediately thereafter. Since it was a security issue, the timely response was greatly appreciated. I have lived here 11 years. Obviously - i am extremely satisfied!

Great office staff! Very responsive whether contacted by phone, email or in person. I moved in a few days after a snow storm and the sidewalks were in good condition considering the weather. It’s a quiet area and the neighbors have been friendly. The apartment was spotless upon move in and honestly this is the first time I didn’t have to clean prior to moving in. Thanks to Amy Beard and Brandi Beard for making my transition pleasant.
