THE ABSOLU WORST WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER IN MY LIFE RECEIVED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! WARREN THE MANAGER WAS ABSOLUTELY RUDE TO ME AFTER GIVING ME THE ABSOLUTE WRONG ORDER AND MAKING ME PAY FOR IT, THE DRIVER CAME 3hrs LATE TO THE HOTEL AND HE WAS RUDE WITH AN ATTITUDE!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT WHEN I CALLED BACK TO GET IT REPLACED WARREN THE CURRENT MANAGER NOT ONLY HUNG UP ON ME BUT ALSO CURSED AT ME. I WILL CALL AGAIN IN THE MORNING TO THOROUGHLY GIVE A REVIEW TO THE MANAGER THATS REALLY IN CHARGE.

food was made wrong they said they would get the correct order right out 21/2 hours later still no order even after calling a second time they said it was on the way 45 minutes later still no order probably will never order again

Placed an online order two hours ahead of time. Arrived on time but forgot a large pizza. Called and was told I needed to speak to a manager. I waited on hold for 20 mins before I hung up and called back. Second time I called I was placed on hold for another 5 mins before I was hung up on.a third time irate (because by this point it was 30 mins after my original call) and manager answered within a min of being on hold. Told my options were I could get a refund for my missing it or wait another hour to have it redelivered. No apology for the long wait time (only excuse after excuse). When I told the manager he and his staff had poor customer service he got defensive and started yelling “good bye”, “I’m hanging up now”. The manager on duty on Friday July 8 at 6pm should receive better customer service training. Will never order here again after this terrible experience.
