We shopped everywhere for our new refrigerator and most salespeople don’t seem to know much about what they are selling. But NO PLACE could match the knowledge, helpfulness, fair prices, and various options that we found at DeWaard and Bode. Ralph, our salesperson,was completely experienced, and could readily answer any question. He helped us narrow down our choices with his friendly and vast expertise. I never felt any pressure even though we came back three times. When we finally chose our Whirlpool, we got a good deal, and delivery was the next business day. I want to add the the delivery team, Chase and Sean, we’re on time, very careful, and took the time to show us how to operate our ice maker, etc. We are completely satisfied with our experience at DeWaard and Bode.

I would like to highly recommend Jarid, the lead delivery person for our new fridge. He explained all the new settings very thoroughly, was super respectful, and even noticed a ding on the fridge door which he said we could get a discount for. After they left I believed I had neglected to empty the fridge completely and I called him after which he offered to swing by after his present delivery. I call that great service, and thank you.

I have bought three major appliances from D & B. They always seem to offer great prices and great service during the process. However, this last time on my third purchase, I had a pretty significant problem with my refrigerator. They came out within just a few days of the issue to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately the problem persisted and continued to be subject to additional problems thereafter. Much to my surprise, DeWaard & Bode offered whatever they could to fix it after realizing a replacement part would take months to arrive. They were able to get me a completely NEW fridge seamlessly. I told the manager I spend lots of money there and intend to continue to and his response was 'That's great, but honestly I just want to do the right thing every time when we can. Even if you were a first time shopper with us, you're important and we want to be able to continue to do business this way'. I'm absolutely blown away. I was given a full refund and will be going in to pick up my new fridge this week. What great folks, great company and above average service that far exceeded my expectations. My family and I have went from feeling frustrated to beyond satisfied. Thank you to our sales crew, the nice service advisor, the prompt and thorough technician and the generous service manager. I look forward to continuing our business relationship and encourage others to do the same. Shop local, stay local, be kind and they will do the same in return. Thanks again.

Beware of bait and switch practices!! This company clearly sells scratch and dent products at full retail prices and then won’t help to remedy the situation. We bought a new refrigerator from their main store. When it was delivered, it had significant damage to it which they claimed they did not know about in advance. But the damage was so severe to the box itself even, that it was clearly known before it was delivered to us. See the pictures of the box with yellow tape signifying the damage to the box. And then see the picture of the door on the actual refrigerator. When the damage happened, someone in the warehouse put a piece of yellow tape on the box. Yet, they sold it at full retail price instead of at a discount as a scratch and dent item. It’s now been almost 2 1/2 months later, and they still have not replace the door, or really even reached out to provide status. When I emailed the sales person the very day it got delivered, I did not get a response at all. I emailed a week later and he said that he didn’t really know because it was the service departments issue. Passing the buck. No ownership of the problem. The delivery guys were great and very conscience and friendly. Update: within one business day of posting this review, they contacted us and offered us a door off of one of their in-stock refrigerators. It would’ve been nice if they offered that upfront, but it does show at least an interest in maintaining a good review. They came out and tried to install it. The electrical connections were different. So they ended up replacing the entire fridge with one from stock. Again, the delivery guys were excellent.

Hi Jennica, we only sell new furniture. We do not have any used furniture for sale. We carry a small selection of new furniture at our Meridian location. For used furniture I would recommend browsing offerup.
I believe they do if not im sure they can order it i buy all my appliances there great service nice people i just spent over 15000 redoing my mothers kitchen as well as a new fridge been doing biss with them for over 30 years now that should say something right there because i like my money
