5 stars for delivery and installation of my refrigerator. The 2 young men Tristan and Noah, who delivered my refrigerator on time, have exceeded my expectations by far. Very professional! They've been easy to work with and stayed calm in a what seemed to be complicated situation, where the fridge did not fit through my sliding door. Yet they both did not give up and managed to get it through the door in no time. They've been very respectful, friendly and showed a great work ethic. Tristan and Noah - Thank you so much for going above and beyond for me , GREAT JOB!! Very impressive :-)

I have bought my last 7 appliances from here but after this time will likely shop else where. I ordered a dishwasher and a gas range both floor models and both for delivery. The guy that sold them to me somehow didn't schedule my delivery so after waiting on the day of delivery I called to figure out where it was and I was informed it had not been scheduled, and I needed to talk to the guy I had purchased it from. So I called and left him a message. He called me back later that day to tell me they had dropped and broke the oven and of course there is not another one in stock. He did offer me a another stove at a "deal" (that deal was cheaper at Home Depot) but it was not what I was looking for. So I ended up paying more for a different stove that I can't get for another week there was no offer to compensate for the price difference or the delay. It was just really disappointing, especially right before Christmas and with the amount of business with them in the last couple of years .

We bought a new French Door Refrigerator and a GE gas range last week, they will be delivered tomorrow. Kevin Alcaraz was very professional and very helpful with the best product selection for us. We encountered an issue before accepting delivering, Keven was able to resolve the issue, within an hour, he is professional and polite. Thank you Kevin for the great customer service ! Looking forward to receiving our new appliances tomorrow.

Worst Service Imaginable We are now on our second service call for a Thermador Range that cost about $7,000. It stopped functioning about 2 months after purchase. Finally fixed after waiting about 4 weeks without a stove. The service manager was rude and arrogant. The tech installed a new electrical motherboard. He adjusted the cooktop burners because they were set wrong during installation. After 1 day the oven stopped heating again. Wife called the service department. Call went directly to voicemail. Haven't heard from them in over 2 weeks. SO after owning the range for about four months, it has only worked for about 2 months. Service is so slow!!!! I've called Thermador customer service only to be told, they will send a work order. They can't force DeWaard & Bode to fix it. D & B has no interest in fixing anything. If you want reliable appliances you'll have to go somewhere else. If you need reliable service you'll have to go somewhere else. Run, don't walk away from D & B

I live in Blaine and they offered to deliver to me, it would take another day. Their sign says that they will take your appliance away. Could be an additional fee for an appliance with refrigerant, I'm not sure.
