First time I used them I just didn't have a great first impression. The place smelled really bad. Out of all the dog groomers this was the only one that smelled. The second impression they did a great job at my dog's nail and pads. Third impression that called me at 7 am. Retail phone etiquette you don't return customer phone calls until 9am.

I love this place! I brought my puppy for a nail trim. It was walk-in, no appointment needed. The groomer trimmed my girl's nails quickly while I held her. A couple of weeks later, my adult dog got a full wash & cut. I've been impressed with the quality, the staff, how easy it is to get an appointment and the overall 'ease' of getting my dogs groomed here. We will be regulars!

We used the self wash for both of our very large dogs. The set-up is convenient and the cost was super reasonable. Our dogs are loud and messy but the staff was so very nice about it. We tipped generously because of the barking and the mess we made. We will absolutely be back!

Kayla is the best I love this groomer. All the groomers are wonderful. My dogs love going here and are always happy when I pick them up. They take great care with my babies. Highly recommend this groomer. I have tried a few others. This place is A+. Pics of both dogs after and one B4.
