We had run into some identity theft problems and wanted to have our computer wiped. Jim not only took the time to get to know our concerns, but also offered to let us bring our router in, log into it with our newly-repaired computer, and help us change passwords before taking it home to our home or connecting any of our other existing devices to it. Oh, and while he was helping me with this he also gave my daughter some snacks and showed us an entertaining video while we waited. Jim truly embodies what most people pay lip service to as "great customer service." Excellent repair-time, reasonably priced and great conversation in the meantime. I literally cannot rate this any higher than 5 stars, or I would. Thank you, sir, for the respect and time you gave to me and my family. It means more than you know.

I’ve read previous reviews for Computers Made Ez and there were many good reviews so I brought my laptop in for repair (I had the blue screen of death) I have to say that this is the place to go for computer repair. My laptop runs like new now, actually better. Upgrades are available if you are so inclined. (I upgraded my drive to solid state and it’s now a screaming machine). Simply said, Jim is a true professional and he knows his stuff! He’s quick and has very good prices. You won’t be disappointed.
