I used Bonney Lake Collision 1 for some minor damage to my rear bumper and tail light. I had the pleasure of working with David who was extremely professional and courteous. While he was estimating the damage, he noticed that one of my brake lights was out and kindly offered to replace it for me then and there, without the commitment of using his business and free of charge! They completed the work per the budget and finished a day early. Will definitely be using Bonney Lake Collision 1 for all my future collision repair needs!

I went here to get a quote as I was rear ended and my insurance company listed this as one of the many shops I could get a quote from. I own my vehicle outright so I was considering having partial work done plus adding additional work done on some door dings. When I pulled up I could see inside and see no one was wearing masks, including customers. I called and they sent a gal out to my car who wore her mask below her nose and despite me continually backing up she seemed to not have a clue about social distancing. She also did a “partial” quote and said they’d bill the insurance for the rest at the time of repair and didn’t include obvious damage to my tail pipe. I went to a local shop in Enumclaw where I had an professional adult discussion on what needed to be repaired and what did not and had my passenger door repainted as well. I just get this place is a little entitled. I’m sure they do good work but the vibe of the place just isn’t my style.

I had delamination of the paint on my hood and fenders. The team did an outstanding job of repainting and color match. It looks like a new truck, I am very happy. David Lewis did a good estimation and the prices quoted was right on.

I had mixed feelings about this place before using them however, in the end,I'm glad we did. I'll preface my comment by sharing that I have an acquaintance that knows the shop and its employees very well.( found out after I got a quote) She had some not-so-nice things to say about their attitudes and personalities but, she said they did really good work. Additionally,I could not find them listed as an accredited business on the Better Business bureau's website nor are they a preferred provider for the insurance company we went through.We were nervous.. They had already provided our quote and I had already submitted the documents so, we went out on a limb and did business with them. We were rear-ended in our new SUV and needed a new back lift door and a few other things. They took care of everything! They arranged to have a rental car delivered to the shop, we dropped off our vehicle and a week later it was done. There were no hassles, no issues with additional labor or parts, no delays because of Covid. They said 7-10 days and they kept their word. Cannot tell we were ever rear ended.. Would absolutely use them again.
