Room was nice and clean. They do charge you to park, and if you park behind the hotel the trees dump sap and leaves all over your vehicle. Brought it to the front desks attention and asked for a refund on parking since I now have to pay for a car wash and they basically told me “too bad”.

Not a good location, there are similar hotels around the same price closer to the most attractive San Diego views. You must have a car to stay at this hotel. Rooms and service are nice. I would like to see away better variety of food during the breakfast, $15 per person deserves it.

The sliding patio door at my room balcony (right above the swimming pool) was well soundproofed. Exceeded my expectations from this hotel. I was able to work without distractions!

Positive: Nice pool!! I worked for four days from the room. The elite credit breakfast was very good. Big hotel. There was a kids sports team staying in the other wing. Nicely updated mostly. Negative: I parked on the street. They charge $15 a day and would not comp for titanium members. I worked from the room so wanted a daily walk anyway. They did not update the desk. It was an old style and not so comfy for two monitors and a computer.
