The staff make this hotel exceptional! Stayed for a family trip in June. The king suite with sofa bed was more than enough room for our family of 3. The staff accommodated our every request with cheerful smiles! Reasonably priced, great location, comfortable beds! Will definitely stay at Hotel Z again!

I had a great 2-night stay here for a conference in San Diego. Great location close to the conference center (5 minute walk). I liked my room, cozy bed and great for just me. Could be a littler cramped for 2 but still some room to lay out your bags. The service was wonderful, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I loved the $10 snack credit you get each day, stocked up on snacks to have in my room and on the go. Free water, which all hotels should do, every day. I love their branding and overall vibe too. I would definitely stay there again when I return to San Diego.

Great Value! We enjoyed our 3 day stay at a great downtown location. Quite close to great restaurant options. The staff were all super friendly. The beds and duvet were VERY comfortable and the decor and furnishings seemed new and updated. We also enjoyed the large towels and quality showers. I was a fan of the daily $10 credit for snacks and really liked that we could screencast direct to the TV to watch our own media content. I would stay here again.

I had such a great experience! When I checked in I was greeted by such friendly staff! Every time they saw us they would ensure our stay is going great. The location is perfect. The only downside I can say is the rooms were slightly small but very clean and nicely decorated. This is also a pet friendly hotel and even cater to your dogs which I love! I would highly recommend this hotel.

There is no self parking. You need to use there valet service for overnight parking. During the day you can park on the street. Most hotels at gaslap district require you use there valet service for overnight parking.
