I stayed at 3 different hotels within this week and this one was by far the cleanest and most professional staff! Hotel was clean, my room was clean, pool area was clean. Front desk team was polite and professional, shuttle driver was timely and helpful. Would stay again

We stayed for 2 nights and everything was perfect from the time we checked until the time we checked out. It was after we checked out that I realized I forgot my necklace behind (it was my first Mothers Day gift from 2 years ago so I was devastated). I knew the exact place I left it behind so I called the hotel right away. They said nothing was turned it but they would check with housekeeping in the morning because they have a separate safe that the front desk doesn’t have access to. After going back and forth with them for 4 days, they said no one found it. So either the housekeeper took it when she cleaned the room or she missed it when cleaning the room and the next guests took it. Obviously it’s my fault I left it behind but it’s sad no one had the decency to turn it in. It was personalized with my daughters name. So because of that, we will never stay there again.

So it was an okay place to stay the night. This was my experience from my one night stay - Pros- It’s super close to the airport Free, and super efficient, shuttle to/from the airport Friendly and nice staff (literally everyone was so nice, shuttle driver, breakfast lady, front desk, etc) New property Free breakfast Some view of the bay during the day Cons- Dirty remote and phone in the room No large bath towels, just a few hand towels. Patio had pillows and cushions all over the place Tried to have breakfast on the patio but a pack of seagulls had other plans It was expensive for the place, to me. The property across the lot is a Town Place but same owners. I’ve stayed there a few times and honestly like it better. I think next time it will depend on the price solely.

This airport hotel is renovated nicely. I stayed for one night after a cancelled flight. The airport shuttle is free and essentially departs on demand. A full breakfast is offered for free as well (6am-10am), but only one person responsible for replenishment and cleaning... Other tables in the lobby could use a more frequent wipe down. There is coffee, tea, and water available all day in the lobby. There is a gym, pool, and several outdoor seating areas. Views are lovely from all sides. The room is quiet, pillows and beds very comfy, water pressure great in the shower but not the sink (room #322). Restaurants are an easy 10 minute walk away, across a pedestrian bridge to a nice park area.
