Staff very unfriendly; like they are being inconvenienced to help you. Rooms are outdated, TV barely works. I found hair in our shower right when we checked into our room. Hotel smells horrible when you walk into the lobby. Trash just left in the hallways for a whole day with no one to come pick it up. Lobby is the only thing that looks like it's been upgraded but if you look at the ground it's actually quite dirty. They don't have water bottles for guests. I wish we didn't have to stay here but there really wasn't another option based on timing.

I am a person who has to travel for business around the country and other countries very constantly, and this has been by far THE WORST hotel I had ever stayed. First the original room the shower didn’t work so we were moved, second you can hear everything from the other rooms and 3 times we had to call to complaint about 2 rooms around us literally having parties and drinking on the hallway, 2 of these calls were at 2:30am!! And all these were the same guests!! And 3rd, they claimed that they don’t do house keeping until the third day, in which we called during the morning to have them come clean ot, they said yes, it never happened!! And when asked the front desk again in the afternoon, they called the lady on our floor who said she didn’t have us on the list but gave us fresh towels… I felt like staying at a Hostel in the worst place of a town!! This hotel should be 100dls a night, not worth the price AT ALL!!!! Avoid staying here!!!!! Hotel from hell!!!

The rooms are nicely decorated and modern enough. The wifi doesn’t work at times, which kills it if you’re staying on business. I just can’t believe how much it cost to stay here. I paid $960 for two nights. Park at the 180 Garage around the corner if you want to avoid the $40 parking fee at The Bristol. Self-parking for $24 a day, fits up to a medium-size SUV. You have to park on floors 4a & above. Downtown isn’t nice

It's a nice hotel. Friendly accommodating staff. Close to everything. I have stayed in this hotel twice. Both times showers were cold. I live 7 hours from the hotel. They have valet parking only. After arriving home, I noticed some damage to my cars front bumper. My car was purchased brand new in September 2021. So that's irritating. The hotel is lagging on contacting me about it. After doing some research, I have found that others have had their vehicles damaged at this hotel as well.
